Previous generations considered 50 to be old. Nowadays, being in your fifties is considered middle age. We can be healthy but also fitter and stronger than ever in our fifties. Many people in their fifties are satisfied and more self-assured, mainly because their bodies still feel healthy and young, but they’ve learned and grown. Life at 50 is wonderful for an increasing number of people. 

However, it is a decade when your body begins to change. Bones and muscles can weaken, hormones can become imbalanced, and the signs of aging can appear suddenly. Reduce your friend circle and focus on the people who are most important to you for better mental health.
