Fitness means the condition of a human body fit physically, free from any disease or weakness. Staying physically fit is a blessings from God.   • Eat carbohydrate containing fruits like Banana, apple, mango, guava etc.
  • Intake of antioxidant containing foods like as Broccoli, carrots, spinach, potatoes, lemon, milk, butter, eggs, liver etc.

3. Control Intake of Calorie Containing Food Per Day

Excessive intake of high calorie containing foods could be dangerous. Because it will increase overweight and obesity that will cause numerous diseases like diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, kidney disease. Food experts recommended to intake daily 2000 calories for women and 2500 calories for man.

4. Caring about sleep

You should sleep properly to keep your body fit. It is recommended for everyone to sleep minimum 6 to 8 hours everyday. You should going to sleep after 10 PM and woke up at 5-6 AM in the morning. This is the normal cycle of sleeping, and you must follow this. If you go to bed at 4 AM and wake up at noon, it will cause negative effect on your health. So be careful about sleeping, if you want to lead a healthy life.

5. Keep Yourself Motivated

It is very important to keep your mind positive in order to become healthy. Because if you stay in positive mode, you will be able to do everything you need to keep yourself healthy.
