    A recent study of Japanese researchers says that a diet that contains mushrooms will help to have a strong immune system and keep the cancer away.

    Mushrooms contain certain substances capable to fight against cancer occurrence after the age of 50 years.

    Mushrooms vs. Meat

    Specialists advise you to consume mushrooms 3-4 times a week. They can successfully replace the meat, because they have so many proteins. Help you to settle your hunger for longer time and not hinder your digestion.

    In addition, fungi have advantages compared to meat: quality protein content, do not contain cholesterol, are easily digestible, have more fiber, vitamins and minerals (potassium, iron, calcium, sodium, phosphorus, zinc, B1, B2, B6 , C, D, E).
