High protein replacing body from glycogen burning into fat burning becomes the energy. Two days diet adds more than 1200 nutrient that metabolically active in your body and makes liver throw 35 % fat from your body.

1st Day

  • Have Shake protein every two hours in a day.
  • Have 6 cups of raw vegetable and non-fat chicken, ½ avocado, 2 spoons of olive oil, ½ lemons or ½ lemons.

2nd and 3rd Day

  • Have one portion of fresh fruit with low ED every 2 hours.
