Here are some miraculous ingredients:

 Food fibers

are essential for colon health and also help to lower cholesterol levels and stabilize blood glucose value. Fibers found in fresh fruit, and in green leafy vegetables and a daily intake of 30-40 g should be sufficient.

Avoid refined sugar
